I too have fallen victim to Nero 8, this product is very frustrating to install, even then you will get an error message telling you "Nero Home" has stopped working, I don't know how many times I have emailed them, their customer service is totally non-existent....stay away from this product!Software Nero 8 (german)

Stay away from this software until Nero learn to treat their customers with courtesy and respect. Nero Vision hijacks many, many file associations and creates absolute havoc. They may think it's clever, but it's a real pain that can only be fixed by uninstalling. Look at the forums on this. Like many others, I have uninstalled Nero and will go to a supplier with integrity and manners.

Today I purchased and installed Nero8,paying via credit card. br /I spite of several attempts could not copy disc to disc, inparticulrwedding photo's. br /Have sent email to Nero for advice,still awaiting reply, have I made a mistake in this purchase or can someone advise

Remember when Nero looked like a piece of shareware, well version 8 still does. br /I purchased Nero 6 when it first came out and found it a most user friendly piece of software, but with Nero 8 they have totally lost the plot. br /It's like trying to find your way around a maze! br /If your current version does everything you want, stick with it. br /Me I'm reloading Nero 6. br / br /

Installed well and functions great on my Vista PC. br / br /It is easy to use and does what it says on the box. The only drawback that I have noticed is that it is heavy on system resources. Apart from that, I am happy with this product. br / br /As with most software, remember to check for product updates on the Nero website to make the most of your purchase.
